Milky Way Tech Hub is partnering with Styled by Johonna to Launch De</>Coded a new master mind group for women in tech.
The group is made up of an intimate group of highly motivated people who share a common goal. Participants share valuable experiences, insights, and encouragement and support one another as they move towards desired outcomes.
Objectives of De</>Coded :
- To help retain Women-in-Tech positions by providing support and accountability
- Provide a safe judgment free environment for Women-In-Tech to connect with peers
- Building community through collaborative peer learning and problem solving
- Helping women find their voice through supportive ideas sharing
